Ingrédients : 500g de hachis de boeuf 250g de lardons fumés 1 oignon 1 carotte de l'ail 1 grosse boite de tomates pelées 1 petite boite de concentré de tomate Sel, poivre
Comment faire : Epluchez et coupez en petits morceaux l'oignon, l'ail et la carotte. Dans une casserole faites revenir l'oignon et les lardons fumés, lorsqu'ils ont une belle couleur ajouter le hachis. Mélanger l'ensemble pour que le hachis se détache et s'émiette. Ajouter les tomates pelées coupées en rondelles, les carottes, l'ail et la boite de concentré de tomate rajouter de l'eau pour recouvrir l'ensemble d'une hauteur de 1 cm d'eau . Laissez mijoter l'ensemble a feu doux. Sel et poivre à votre goût.
Astuces : Passez l'ensemble au mixer pour faire un bolognaise. Idéal pour accompagner les pâtes ou faire de lasagnes. (voir lasagnes)
